Ever since I was a little girl, I have always LOVED getting Easter PEEPS in my Easter basket every year! Of course, back then, they were only “Peeps” and now they make them in so many different shapes for various seasons, etc. Call me crazy (I know it’s all in my head), but the traditional “Peeps” taste the best!! And they are just so darn cute!! That must add to their yumminess, don’t you think? Anyway – I was super excited to see that Longaberger is offering a basket this year in honor of my beloved “PEEPS!” I cannot wait to get my hands on it and add it to my collection – a “calorie free” Peep – who’d of thunk it??!! Hee hee!

I know it may seem hard to believe right now (since Spring is refusing to show it’s face anytime soon!) I love snowmen!! Do you?? Well, a fellow Longaberger consultant I know shared this picture for an idea of how you can transform the New Longaberger Metropolitan Baskets into a super cute SNOWMAN!! This version was made using a 1 Small, 1 Medium and 1 Large Metropolitan Basket in the Whitewashed Stain, plus 1 Small Metropolitan Basket in the Black Stain and 1 Black WoodCrafts Lid for the Medium Metropolitan Basket. To complete the look, various buttons were carefully tied on through the weaving. What a great looking snowman!! Don’t you agree? Now, imagine adding the Extra Large Metropolitan basket available in this week’s online exclusive to the snowman….you could make an even bigger snowman for your Holiday decorating!! Best of all….when the Holidays are over, these baskets can be used by themselves throughout your home in your every-day decorating!!
